Slip ownership is in fee simple title and you receive a warranty deed, just like any other real estate that you purchase. To paint you a picture for how your day of boating begins and ends, the only work you have to do is pick up the phone and call us to have your boat launched! Upon your request, we will fill your boat with fuel, fresh water, ice down and stock your cooler with gourmet snacks, sandwiches and beverages, as well as soap wash the inside and outside of your boat prior to your arrival! Once you arrive, you step onto a spotless boat that is completely provisioned as you requested for your day of boating memories! Additionally, upon your return, you simply step off your boat and we continue to do all the work for you, so you don’t have to! We soap wash your boat again, inside and out and give your vessel an engine flush before returning it to its home!
We are the only dry storage in Destin, Florida that will ever exist due to lack of land and stricter restrictions from the DEP on permitting. As you can imagine, finding a boat slip in Florida is becoming increasingly difficult as DEP permitting is almost non-existent. Furthermore, many marinas have been converted into hotels and residential condominiums for the waterfront property, making this becoming an even scarcer commodity. Due to these permitting issues, and scarcity of the product, there is great potential for appreciation in this asset class.
